WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE OPTIONS FOR 2011 & 2012

As a professional photographer my job is thinking about shooting anything the bride and groom might find interesting. What I really become is your very own personal photographer for the day, and evening – shooting anything you ask for, and anything I see in an effort to create a complete record of the day.

Typically the day starts early for me at the hairdressers, or your home as you prepare for the day ahead and continues late into the evening, capturing images of all the big moments as well as the smaller details. The photos are candid with a few of the more traditional style that will capture the romance, spontaneity and fun of the occasion. It will be the whole story of your day. I work quickly and discretely. My wealth of experience has enabled me to develop my skills of anticipation and observation combined with an artistic eye to create something very special for you. Beautiful and unstaged images are what my style of photography is all about.

ALL COVERAGE OPTIONS FOR 2010 - 2012 will include the following:-


STANDARD FEATURES - for all coverage options

Unlimited consultation (phone, email etc) where we can discuss the various styles of photography that I can offer you from traditional to reportage to documentary, printing and print options along with the different styles and sizes of albums that are available to you as well as going through the "essential shots" and relevant times on the day.

Travel to and from your location up to 60 miles one way. This includes up to two meetings. Many photographers will charge up to 40p per mile travelling allowance after 25 - 30 miles. I am also very happy to quote on any commission within the UK as well as internationally.

When you commission me on a full day shoot my services will be for the whole of your day (up to 10 hours) and most of the evening - up to the first dance or 21:00 hours apart from half day shoot where coverage is limited to 6 hours. However depending on the time of your ceremony a 6 hour coverage option may well be able to take into account the first dance.

On my full day coverage option I will be there to record all of the memorable moments throughout the entire day and evening. There will not be any rushing of photos – and if the day is running late then we can continue in a relaxed manner after your wedding breakfast and speeches are over. Traditional and group shots, speeches, cutting of the cake, candid shots of your guests - nothing will be missed. Many photographers will only make themselves available up to the speeches and could charge as much as £100 per hour to return to do an evening shoot. All my prices are up front. There are no hidden extras.

Prices will also be fixed once a booking fee is received and your complete package is confirmed no matter how long you book in advance.

Online slideshows and proofing of images are made available from your own private gallery which can be password protected. There is no extra charge for this. Family and friends can order prints directly and pay securely online via secure servers using the PayPal system. Any prints ordered online will be delivered direct to their home saving you time and effort. For the first 4 weeks after your online album goes live - anyone ordering prints through the web site will automatically receive a 20% discount. This discount will be automatically applied at the checkout stage.

ALL IMAGES taken during the day and evening will be supplied in high resolution jpeg file on DVD. Typically the amount of images supplied is around 425 from a full day's shoot and 300 from a 6 hour shoot. Again many photographers would charge upwards of £500 for this service so it is vitally important that you fully understand exactly what you are getting when booking a photographer for your wedding. The images that I will supply you will be yours to keep and will be of high resolution in jpeg format for you to print. All images will be colour balanced.

In addition to this you will receive a separate DVD - again of all images taken on the day but this time resized in order for you to easily email to friends and family or for you to upload to your web site, Facebook or similar. Each DVD comes with its own usage licence for the couple. If you wish to display any image on-line then all I ask is that that you highlight my name as the originator of the image/s being used.

In addition to all of this you will receive a further DVD of your favourite 100 images chosen by you from the main DVD - again, all in high resolution jpeg format. These 100 images are usually the ones selected for your prints or album. Slideshows come as standard with my full day coverage option. Examples can be seen from within the slideshows section on this web site - they really are a punchy and  exciting way of viewing your favourite 100 images. The slideshow usually sells for £100 if purchasing seperatley.

The Digital Collection (6 Hours Coverage) - £795

Includes all of my standard features. This package is more suited to the smaller, more informal wedding but is long enough for me to be able to cover another location for photographs other than that of your venue. Coverage can start from wherever you choose but may start from the bridal preparations through to the cutting of the cake or even the speeches depending on what time the ceremony starts.

It includes all of my standard features as well as the ever popular slideshow - all day and evening coverage up to and including the first dance (Up to 11 hours coverage). You get complete coverage from the bridal preparations in the morning right up to the first dance in the evening or 21:00 hours. This option allows many more candid/reportage and relaxed photo opportunities throughout the day and evening. It also allows me the opportunity to photograph your many new guests as they start to arrive for the evening celebrations. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).
